Entrust では、直接購買チームでバイヤーのポジションを募集しています。このポジションは、直接購買に関するビジネス経験と豊富な知識が必要です。それらを使い、弊社製品およびサービスが品質、納期、コスト、仕様等を含むすべての要件を満たしていることを確認し、供給ベースを最適化していきます。また、常に顧客満足度の向上も目指しています。

Entrust is currently looking for a Buyer to join the direct purchasing team. This position will utilize approved purchasing practices and applies strong knowledge to ensure products and/or services meet all requirements, including but not limited to quality, delivery, cost, and specification, while optimizing the supply base and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • データの整合性を確保するためのシステム管理。

  • 毎日のRMAの処理。

  • 部門を超えた協働によるコスト、品質、納期の改善。

  • サプライヤーの契約管理、および内外コンプライアンスの遵守確保

  • サプライヤー契約遵守の保証。

  • 入札の準備、入札者会議の実施、提案の分析と評価、契約条件の交渉、監査、サプライヤーの選択、入札関連書類の作成、下請契約の管理

  • REACH および ROHS のグローバル要件の準拠

  • その他の関連職務およびプロジェクト

Responsibilities:

  • Generates purchase orders using the ERP systems

  • Responds daily to ERP message notifications to ensure continuity of part supply

  • Reacts to shortages, ERP reschedules, and adjusts purchase orders accordingly

  • Manages system attributes to ensure data integrity

  • Processes RMAs on a daily basis

  • Ability to work with cross functional teams to improve Cost, Quality and Delivery

  • Administers and manages supplier contracts to ensure compliance externally and internally.

  • Assuring compliance to supplier agreements

  • Prepares bid packages, conducts bidder conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates terms and conditions, audits, selects suppliers, writes awards, administers resulting subcontracts based on total cost of ownership.

  • Adherence to Global requirements for REACH and ROHS

  • Other duties and project as assigned

必須の資格 :

  • 物流、サプライチェーン、または関連分野の学士号または同等の教育または実務経験

  • 少なくとも 3 年の関連実務経験

  • 上級ビジネスレベルの英語(読み書きおよびスピーキング)

  • 母国語レベルの日本語(読み書きおよびスピーキング)

  • 自発的に働けること

  • 高度な専門知識に基づく迅速な問題解決力

  • サプライチェーンからの要望を理解し、システム・サプライヤー・プロセスの改善につなげる経験値・知識

  • 高いコミュニケーション能力

  • 充分な関連知識に基づく交渉力

  • Microsoft Officeアプリケーションを使えること

  • 出張が可能であること(最大 10%)

  • 日本で合法に就労できること(必要な者にあっては日本の就労ビザの所持)

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or related field or equivalent education and/or work experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of broad related experience

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Fluent in written and spoken Japanese

  • Energetic and self-motivated

  • Strong problem-solving expertise particularly in a high-paced environment

  • Solid knowledge of supply chain requirements, systems, supplier development, and process improvement

  • Strong communication skills

  • Sound knowledge and application of negotiation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • Must be able to lawfully work within the Japan and have unrestricted work authorization for Japan
