We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee our shipping and receiving area!

In this role, you will provide leadership to a team that includes a wide variety of duties. including warehouse order picking, shipping, and receiving. Your experience as a leader will provide your team with training, planning and problem solving for the shipping and receiving area. How you will make an impact:

  • Manage daily warehouse picking, shipping, and receiving areas

  • Provide work direction and manage projects effectively through planning, organization, project management and project execution

  • Act as escalation point for issues and provide leadership and guidance to team

  • Work directly with multiple other departments to meet customer needs and expectations

  • Implement measures to improve quality of service, efficiency, and performance

  • Measure and report department KPIs

  • Assist with daily cycle counting, inventory control, and year-end audit preparation activities

  • Enforce company policies and safety regulations

  • Other duties as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Mgmt, Operations Mgmt, Business Mgmt or equivalent education and work experience

  • 3+ years of Management/Supervisory experience

  • 8+ years of experience in a warehouse environment

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).

  • Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills in a warehouse environment

  • Ability to make decisions, problem solve, prioritize assignments, and direct the workforce in an ever-changing, warehouse environment

  • Experience working with WMS (Warehouse Management System)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Mgmt, Operations Mgmt or Business Mgmt

  • Oracle WMS experience

  • Precision Shipping Software experience

  • Tableau experience

  • QuickSight experience (AWS reporting tool)

  • Lean experience
